I have to say he, that is Holden, is a good person in general, but like every other human he has his flaws. The good things about him are that he has good morals, and he lives by them, that's more than what any of us can say! His morals are even better than ours, sure he has some other moral issues, like lying, trying to drink, and and flirting with whores, but HIS morals, the ones about not being a phony, and treating women right, Ect. are extremly better than the average male's.

chapter 2-4

I can say that I sympathize with Holden, for the fact that my grades have not always been at their best...., but needless to say I have not been kicked out of a school yet. I have also been given lectures about grades a lot, much to my displeasure.... it sucks quite frankly! I absolutely hate when teachers feel the need to tell you that you are doing bad, like we don't already know, and i know it annoys the shit out of other people!
